AFTER RECEIVING YOUR TITLE, IF YOU LOSE IT, IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET A DUPLICATE TITLE. LSETT DOES NOT PROVIDE DUPLICATES FOR LOST TITLES.

LSETT is not responsible for misprints in ads or on prices or equipment wrongly marked on vehicles.  The state of KY Does Not Require Vehicle Emissions Testing. Therefore, we do not guarantee emissions on gas or diesel engines, EGR deleted engines, DEF systems that are altered or deleted, or anything that involves altered module alterations, exhaust systems or non-factory (OEM) parts in any way, shape or form- including exterior appearance with frame modifications. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO RUN A CARFAX, INSPECT, OR HAVE INSPECTED ON PROPERTY, ANY VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASE. All Sales Are Final and As-Is according to the state of Kentucky.
